🏆 A Family Dream Since 1970

LT Family Egg Farm was established in 1970 in Werribee South, Melbourne, by Turkish Cypriot migrants Aliye (Julie) and Irfan (John) Ahmed. What began as a young couple's dream to raise their family and live the country life - starting with just 1,500 birds - has grown into Australia's largest and longest-established professional white egg producer.

John drove trucks during the day while Julie looked after the chickens and their two sons, Brian and Hilmi. Through decades of hard work and dedication, the family built a solid foundation that has now expanded across three generations.

Today, LT's enjoys an excellent reputation in the Australian market and is recognized as the preferred brand of Australian white eggs.

His daughter Danyel Cucinotta (third generation) previously held leadership positions within the VFF and has since moved into a commercial role, continuing the family's dedication to the industry.
